Metro Cash&Carry is one of the world’s largest retailers, an international chain of wholesale and retail stores.

Alcoretail Group

Alcoretail Group is the largest distributor of wines and spirits in Georgia. The company offers brands from chains such as Alcorium and Whiskey House, and as of March 2019, it began managing the strong and imported beverages category of the Goodwill supermarket chain.

Implementation results:

• It takes 3-4 days to recreate all the planograms for a new store, whereas previously it took 7 days.
• The development of planograms has doubled.
• Communication with stores and operational control over the layout have been established.

• It became possible to digitize all warehouse operations: acceptance, replenishment, placement, picking, picking control, etc., which made it possible to transfer personnel to piecework pay
